As a vital member of our team, the Sales Team Leader will oversee daily sales operations while ensuring exceptional customer service and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide and motivate the sales team through coaching, support, and sharing insights to help achieve their sales targets. Monitor and analyze financial data, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics. Ensure all products are well-stocked and displayed attractively for customers. Manage payroll, recruitment, hiring, and training processes for store staff. Effectively execute daily operational tasks related to institutional sales and rental services for assigned accounts. Promote our Music & Arts lesson program while assisting teaching staff as needed. Provide outstanding customer service at every interaction. Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00/hr plus bonuses, based on location, background, and experience.

High School Diploma or Equivalent. 2 years of relevant work experience. Preferred Qualifications:
3-5 years of retail experience. A passion for music and relevant experience.
