What you will do as a Team Member:

Master the Port of Subs menu
Prepare delicious made-fresh-to-order sandwiches
Create a welcoming, energized atmosphere for our customers
Cash-handling
Restaurant Cleaning/sanitizing
Contribute to the success of the team and the restaurant
Have FUN!

What you will do as a Assistant Manager:

Oversee food preparation
Manage food and labor costs
Control inventory
Ensure that guests have an outstanding dining experience.
Assistants assist with the schedule
Supervise, train and motivate their team members.

What we require:

Be a team player with a great attitude
Be able to adapt to changing customer volume levels with a sense of urgency
