We seek an orchestra instructor to teach SAX or CLARINET to beginning 4th, 5th, and/or 6th grade classes (about 8 students each) at an elite private elementary school on the Westside of LA for the 2019-20 school year. This position is immediately available and runs through May. Two schedule options are available: Requirements: -Available Tuesdays, 2:00 - 3:30 p.m, or Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 2:00 - 3:00 p.m. in West LA -Have a reliable means of transportation -Experience teaching music to elementary school classes -Solid classroom management skills -Comfortable playing and instructing sax and/or clarinet -Please include a cover letter, resume, and two references with your application.
