We seek an orchestra instructor to teach SAX or CLARINET to a beginning 5th grade class (about 10 students total) at an elite private elementary school on the Westside of LA, Tuesdays from 2:30 - 3:30. This position is immediately available and runs through May. You will be part of a dynamic orchestra teaching team that supports a spring concert. This position pays $43 - $47 per hour depending on experience. -Available Tuesdays, 2:30 - 3:30 p.m. in West LA -Have a reliable means of transportation -Experience teaching music to elementary school classes -Solid classroom management skills -Comfortable playing and instructing sax and/or clarinet -Please include a cover letter, resume, and two references with your application.
