Visiting band directors at elementary, middle, and high schools across RI and SE Massachusetts Growing our instrument rental program (flat $30/month, full equity, no gimmicks) Representing SoundHouse at school events, instrument fittings, and band nights Building lasting relationships — not just transactions $50,000 - $70,000 base salary — and we will beat your current compensation Commission structure on rentals and sales you generateHealth insurance IRA with employer contribution An owner who came up as a K–12 music educator and actually gets it Experience in school music sales, instrument rentals, or music retail — road rep experience strongly preferred A self-starter who doesn't need to be managed on the road Someone who wants to grow with a company, not just clock in
