Studio Coordinator – Sales-Focused, People-Powered, Music-Loving
Job Description
Location: Fayetteville, AR
Part-Time: 15–20 hours/week
Schedule: Flexible between 1 PM–9 PM, Sunday through Thursday (occasional Fridays/Saturdays for shows or events)
With over 300 locations worldwide and nearly 70,000 students enrolled, School of Rock is the global leader in performance-based music education. Our mission is to help kids build confidence, creativity, and a lifelong passion for music—and to do that, we need the right people on our team.
We're looking for a Studio Coordinator who is sales-driven, customer-obsessed, and confident connecting with people. You’ll be the heartbeat of our daily operations—the first face families see, the voice on the phone, and the go-to problem solver that keeps everything moving. This is the perfect role for someone who’s energized by conversations, thrives in a creative space, and wants to be part of a school that’s all about fun, music, and community.
What You’ll Do
Sales + Customer Experience
Confidently interact with new and existing families, both in person and over the phone—you’re not afraid to start the conversation and close the deal.
Provide friendly, professional customer support that makes every family feel welcome and excited to be here.
Give tours, explain programs, and walk families through sign-up, billing, and scheduling.
Follow up with leads and manage enrollment using our lead and scheduling systems.
Daily Operations
Manage daily schedules, ensuring lessons run smoothly and any changes or conflicts are communicated clearly.
Handle student cancellations, absences, and reschedules with accuracy and care.
Keep the front desk, office, bathrooms, and kitchen stocked, clean, and organized.
Shows & Events
Support local events, ticket sales, and performances—this is where the music comes to life!
Help manage front-of-house logistics at student showcases and school-hosted events.
Community + Vibe
Represent the school at local events, marketing opportunities, and student showcases.
Help maintain the cool, creative energy of the school with a positive attitude and music-loving spirit.
Tech & Problem-Solving
Use digital tools to manage schedules, payments, and communication.
Stay one step ahead—solving small problems before they become big ones and helping the school run like a well-oiled machine.
Who You Are
A confident communicator and natural people-person—you love talking to people and making them feel at home.
Sales-minded—you’re excited to help families join and grow in our programs.
Organized and tech-savvy, with great follow-through and attention to detail.
Cool under pressure and always ready to jump in where needed.
Passionate about music, kids, and community (no musical skill required—but love for the vibe is a must!).
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, billing, or scheduling
Strong computer skills (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office)
Friendly, professional, and proactive communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly pay: $15–$18/hour, based on experience
Flexible schedule in a fun, high-energy environment
Employee discounts on music lessons and gear
Opportunities to work special events and performances
A front-row seat to watch student musicians grow and shine
This is more than just a desk job—this is a front-row seat to something special. If you love music, people, and being the one who makes things happen, we want to hear from you.
