Job Summary
Insomniac is seeking an Artist Relations support to report to the Artist Relations Manager. The role involves greeting artists, coordinating with staff and stage crew, managing hospitality, and ensuring a smooth backstage and stage environment.
Responsibilities
• Greet artists/crew upon arrival at the stage
• Coordinate radio with artist compound staff to gather artists from dressing rooms
• Be readily available and visible to the tour manager on stage for any needs
• Communicate with hospitality if rider needs adjustment or items must be brought to stage
• Return hospitality items from the stage each night
• Communicate with stage manager about credentials allowed on stage at different times
• Ensure photographers and videographers have proper satin credentials to shoot on stage
• Notify the artist relations manager of any personnel issues regarding stage access
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude toward all artists, crew, and their guests backstage and on the stage
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in Artist Relations
• 1+ years of management experience preferred, including developing and leading teams and reorganizing teams for business needs
• Intermediate technical skills in Microsoft Office
Work Environment
• Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels and busy environments
• May work in drastic temperature climates
• Must be willing to frequently travel to work events during holidays, evenings, and weekends as required

Compensation
Expected compensation is $16.60 USD hourly. The hiring salary range is $16.50–$25.00 an hour. Pay is based on factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
