Music & Arts - Instrument Rental Event Support Role

Join the leading partner in K-12 music education and help make school instrument rental events successful. In this seasonal position, you will collaborate with our Education Account Managers to support event setup, preparation, and checklists. When families arrive, you'll greet them warmly, assist them in selecting instruments, and facilitate quick, efficient rentals using mobile and tablet tools.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with the setup and teardown of rental events at schools, including arranging tables, signage, and managing event flow.Handle instruments and supplies by loading, unloading, and moving them, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Prepare inventory and necessary paperwork ahead of events, which includes tagging and basic documentation.Welcome and engage with parents and students, respond to their inquiries, and guide them through the rental process.Utilize mobile/tablet technology to reserve inventory, manage rentals, and aid in order fulfillment during events.Communicate effectively and professionally with Education Account Managers, team members, parents, students, and occasionally school staff.Travel to and from designated preparation and event locations within the specified area. Preparation may take place at warehouses, storage facilities, and retail outlets.Complete mandatory training and support additional assigned tasks.
To join our team, you should have the following qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentCompetency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)Valid driver's license and auto insuranceAbility to lift and move up to 50 poundsFlexibility to work varying hours, including eveningsProficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
Preferred Skills and ExperienceBilingual capabilities in English and Spanish, with strong confidence in communicating with families in both languages during live and virtual events, including resolving inquiries in real-time.Intermediate knowledge of band and orchestral instruments
