Join Our Team as a Seasonal School Events Coordinator!

We invite you to be part of our exciting seasonal team, where you will help organize and execute school instrument rental events in your area. Collaborating closely with our Education Account Managers, you will play a critical role in ensuring these events run smoothly. From set-up and preparation to warmly welcoming families, your contributions will make a significant impact on students and parents alike.
Key Responsibilities (not exhaustive):
Assist in setting up and breaking down rental events at schools, including managing tables, signage, and overall event flow.Safely load, unload, and relocate instruments and supplies; ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds is required.Prepare inventory and paperwork prior to events, including tagging items, maintaining checklists, and handling basic documentation.Greet parents and students warmly, responding to inquiries and guiding families through the rental process.Utilize mobile/tablet tools for reserving inventory, completing rentals, and supporting order fulfillment during events.Communicate clearly and professionally with Education Account Managers, colleagues, parents, students, and school staff as necessary.Travel to and from assigned preparation locations and event venues; these may include Music & Arts warehouses, storage facilities, and retail stores.Complete required training sessions and assist with additional tasks as assigned.Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).Valid state driver’s license and automotive insurance.Physical capability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.Flexible schedule availability, including evenings.Strong command of English (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension).Preferred Experience:
Intermediate knowledge of band and orchestral instruments.A Little About Us:
