**Position Information**
Full-time, permanent position available in August 2027. This position is responsible for planning an effective instructional band program for students in Grades 6-12 and providing comprehensive leadership for all band ensembles and the marching band program. Fulfilling the duties of the supplemental contract for Marching Band Director is a requirement of this position.
The successful candidate will cultivate students' performance skills, foster a positive, inclusive culture, assess student learning and growth, and align instruction with district goals. Interested candidates must be PA certified in Music (K-12) and should have experience in instrumental music and the marching arts.
**Required Qualifications**
1. Bachelor's Degree
2. Valid PA Certification
3. Current PA Criminal History background check
4. Current FBI Criminal background check
5. Current Child Abuse background check
6. Proof of TB test, results must be within the past year
