Compensation & Benefits
2026‑27 full‑season salary: $49,847.28 plus benefits.
Per‑service rate: $187.49 per service.
65‑service minimum guarantee.
Benefits for full‑season musicians: health insurance (Sarasota Orchestra pays at least 75% of premium), instrument insurance, short‑ and long‑term disability, 403(b) retirement plan, Flexible Spending Account.

Employment Details
Season length: 36 weeks, including 2 paid vacation weeks. Employment begins October 2026.
Audition
Audition date: Monday, September 14, 2026. One‑day audition, all rounds on the same day.
