Senior Director, Head of Content Production

labels, and brands through innovation, collaboration, and premium execution.
The Sr. Director, Head of Content Production will play a critical leadership role
within the newly restructured Digital Creative Services organization, supporting
the VP of Content Production in building a scalable, integrated production
operation designed for creative excellence, operational rigor, and high-volume
output. This role will lead day-to-day production operations across photography,
video, livestreaming, post-production, and editorial content while managing
production teams, workflows, scheduling, and execution standards. The role
exists as part of the new project-led studio model designed to unify creative
disciplines and eliminate siloed production workflows.
Working closely with the Head of Content Creative, Creative Directors, Design &
Direction teams, and Digital Production, this leader will ensure all content is
delivered on time, on budget, on brand, and at the highest creative standard. The
role will oversee the operational execution of campaigns from pre-production
through delivery, acting as the bridge between creative vision and production
reality.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized production leader with deep expertise
in content operations, shoot management, post-production workflows, resource
planning, and team development within fast-paced creative environments.

How You'll CREATE

Production Leadership & Operations
• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Content Production team across
photography, video, livestreaming, editorial, BTS, and social content
production.
• Oversee production planning, scheduling, staffing, and execution across
multiple concurrent campaigns and artist projects.
• Partner with the VP of Content Production to implement scalable
production systems, workflows, and operational standards across the
organization.
• Support the build-out and operational management of the East Coast
production facility, ensuring studio readiness, equipment management,
and production efficiency.
• Drive operational accountability throughout all stages of production, from
pre-visualization through final delivery.

Team Management & Development
• Directly manage key production personnel including Producers, Associate
Producers, Post Production, Styling, and supporting operational staff
within the Content Production organization structure.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing production team capable of
supporting large-scale creative output and rapid business growth.
• Establish clear production processes, role ownership, communication
standards, and accountability frameworks.
• Foster a collaborative culture between Content Production, Creative
Direction, Design, Motion, and Digital Production teams.

Production Execution
• Oversee all logistics related to shoots, livestreams, and content capture
including crew management, scheduling, budgeting, vendor coordination,
and talent support.
• Ensure all productions are executed efficiently while maintaining elevated
creative standards and technical excellence.

Collaborate closely with Creative Directors and Design & Direction
leadership to ensure production execution aligns with the overarching
campaign vision and artist objectives.
• Support the expansion of content capabilities into editorial shoots,
performance content, livestreaming, and premium long-form formats.

Post-Production & Asset Management
• Oversee post-production workflows including editing, retouching, color,
delivery, asset organization, and archival management.
• Optimize content pipelines and delivery systems to improve efficiency,
scalability, and quality control across all projects.
• Implement structured review and approval processes to ensure
consistency across creative outputs and reduce production bottlenecks.

Cross-Functional Partnership
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Merchandising, Engagement,
Campaign Management, and Strategy teams to ensure seamless content
integration across campaigns and customer touchpoints.
• Partner with Digital Production and Project Management to ensure projects
are appropriately scoped, scheduled, and resourced before entering
production.
• Collaborate with external vendors, freelancers, studios, and agency
partners to expand production capabilities when necessary.

Innovation & Creative Excellence
• Champion emerging production technologies, workflows, and creative
formats that enhance quality, speed, and scalability.
• Help establish Famehouse as a globally recognized center of excellence for
music-focused content production.
• Drive continuous improvement in production quality, workflow efficiency,
and operational transparency.

Bring your VIBE

• 8-10+ years of experience in content production, creative operations, or
production management within entertainment, media, music, fashion, or
agency environments.
• Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary production teams across
photography, video, livestreaming, and post-production.
• Strong understanding of production workflows, studio operations, shoot
logistics, budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning.
• Experience leading high-volume creative production in fast-paced
environments with multiple concurrent projects.
• Deep familiarity with creative collaboration processes and working
alongside Creative Directors, Designers, and production teams.
• Experience managing vendors, freelancers, production crews, and external
partners.
• Strong understanding of post-production pipelines, asset management
systems, and delivery workflows.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with artist, label, merchandising, and entertainment
ecosystems, particularly within music and D2C commerce.
• Passion for music, storytelling, culture, and operational excellence.
