Senior Director, Team Operations – New York, New York

This role partners closely with department leaders to architect cross-functional operating models, improve organizational alignment, and ensure business processes are supported by scalable systems, tools, and into the VP of Team Operations, the Senior Director focuses on translating strategic priorities into operational architecture. Success in this role requires the ability to facilitate effectively with senior stakeholders while also driving the implementation of systems, tooling, automation, and AI-enabled solutions that improve how work gets done.
