Senior Grant Writer

Key Responsibilities: • Grant Strategy Development: Lead the development and execution of YMU’s comprehensive grant strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and funding priorities. • Grant Management: Oversee and manage the lifecycle of grants, including tracking deadlines, requirements, and deliverables, ensuring compliance with funder expectations. • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in grant writing, fundraising, and grants management for non-profit organizations, with a focus on the arts, education, or youth development sectors. • Research Skills: Strong research skills to identify and evaluate potential funding sources. • Deadline & Project Management: Demonstrated experience managing multiple grant deadlines and delivering high-quality work on time.
