Senior Manager, Revenue Planning and Analysis

Famehouse is looking for a Senior Manager, Revenue Planning & Analysis to help us build stronger revenue projections, planning, and business visibility across our D2C and merchandise services for artists & labels. 5–8 years of experience in forecasting, commercial analytics, retail planning, ecommerce strategy, business insights, or a similar analytical roleExperience in a major music company is strongly preferredStrong analytical and modeling skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and business functionsExperience building forecasting methodologies, planning processes, dashboards, and/or executive reportingFamiliarity with ecommerce, merchandise planning, retail analytics, touring, consumer products, or artist/label businessesStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and simplyComfort working cross-functionally with finance, merchandising, operations, commercial, and account teamsAbility to operate in an evolving, fast-moving business where the answer is not always obviousExperience leading business performance reviews, with a strong understanding of P&L drivers and the ability to translate sales performance into strategic recommendationsBonus points for experience building forecasting models and analytical tools, including leveraging modern data and AI capabilities to improve planning, forecasting, and decision-makingFamiliarity with SQL, BigQuery, LookML, or similar analytical technologies, with the ability to prototype datasets, reporting layers, or forecasting solutions in partnership with technical teamsA proactive, curious, and solutions-oriented mindset Here are some of the ways we support you along the way (and just a few of the benefits we offer): Please note, UMG is not enrolled in E-Verify in California and New York, and cannot support employment of candidates whose employer must enroll in E-Verify, for example candidates on STEM-OPT.
