You will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process for selected projects, from initial concept and recording to mixing and mastering, ensuring a high-quality final product. Key duties include collaborating closely with artists to define their sound, directing studio sessions, providing musical direction, selecting appropriate instrumentation, and working with engineers to achieve optimal sonic results. A Bachelor's degree in Music Production or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is required. Proven experience working with independent artists and understanding the nuances of the independent music scene is highly valued.
