Grounded in Community Music Therapy and a trauma-informed framework, the Senior Music Therapist co-creates participatory music experiences alongside community partners, including health centers and peer recovery programs. Board-Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) status and a Master’s degree in Music Therapy.5–7 years of experience in mental health settings utilizing trauma-informed frameworks.Experience with participatory, context-based Community Music Therapy approaches.Demonstrated success in group facilitation, program evaluation, and student internship supervision.Reliable transportation for effective travel to off-site partner locations around greater Boston.
