Deliver expert consultative sales support for a range of instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons.Warmly greet customers and evaluate their musical needs and ambitions.Make product and service recommendations that resonate with students, parents, and educators.Accurately process transactions including sales, rentals, returns, and lesson enrollments.Achieve and surpass individual and store sales targets.Keep the sales floor and displays clean, organized, and visually appealing.Assist in inventory tasks such as receiving, tagging, and replenishing stock.Work collaboratively with team members to create a student-centered experience.Promote music education initiatives, events, and community engagement opportunities.Address basic customer inquiries and escalate more complex issues as necessary.Essential Skills
