Music & Arts is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to drive exceptional customer experiences in our retail store. In this role, you’ll actively engage students, parents, and educators to understand their musical goals, recommend appropriate instruments, accessories, and lessons, and support rental and repair service sales. You’ll process transactions, manage merchandising and inventory, and help maintain an organized, welcoming store. Partner with teachers and school reps to support local programs, meet sales goals, and mentor junior associates while upholding our student-focused, collaborative culture.
Engage customers to understand musical needs and recommend products, rentals, and lessons
Process sales, rentals, returns, and repair service orders accurately at POS
Support merchandising, stocking, and inventory organization on the sales floor
Promote and enroll customers in music lessons and educational programs
Collaborate with school service reps and educators to support local music programs
Meet or exceed individual and store sales and service goals
Provide knowledgeable guidance on band and orchestra instruments and accessories
Assist with opening/closing procedures and store presentation standards
Mentor and support junior sales associates on products and sales practices
Uphold a student-focused, inclusive, and service-driven store culture
