Job Purpose:
This role focuses on consistently achieving individual sales targets to support the overall sales and profit goals of the store, while delivering exceptional customer service and handling additional senior-level responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Exceed personal sales targets and contribute to the store's profitability.Promote the Music & Arts lesson program to enhance customer engagement.Build business connections through networking with educators, religious organizations, and local communities.Foster strong customer relationships and deliver persuasive sales presentations using effective sales techniques.Provide outstanding customer service to every customer.Encourage customer loyalty through exceptional service and support.Engage in various store operations including merchandising, displays, and overall store maintenance.Ensure store security protocols are upheld, including management of keys and alarm codes.Take on additional assignments as required.What We Offer:
Pay Rate: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour, based on location and experience.

Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED is required.A minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.Proficient knowledge of musical instruments and sheet music.
