Responsibilities
Provide personalized sales assistance to students, parents, and educators in selecting instruments, accessories, and lessons.Achieve and surpass individual and team sales and rental targets.Demonstrate leadership on the sales floor and mentor junior associates.Accurately process rentals, repairs intake, and special orders.Ensure high merchandising standards and alluring product displays.Engage in in-store events and community initiatives that promote music education.Utilize POS and inventory systems for smooth transactions and effective stock management.Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with a dedicated, service-oriented approach.Required Skills
Proven retail sales experience.Strong customer service skills.Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.Experience in inventory management.Knowledge about musical instruments and accessories.Effective merchandising techniques.Cash handling and reconciliation abilities.Experience in sales reporting.Excellent communication skills.Basic computer proficiency.
