March 16 to May 15, 2026 (FULL TIME) POSITION SUMMARY: The Installation Scheduler for the Art Department at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival is responsible for coordinating and scheduling the installation and removal of event décor and signage across various Festival locations. Maintain a master schedule and provide regular updates to the Signs & Décor Manager and Art Department Director. Give any document, computer program, design, or other intellectual property created for the Jazz Festival (and, therefore, belonging to the Jazz Festival) to the Festival through your supervisor or department head at the end of each production year, or upon request. Skills Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and take initiative when necessary.
