Primary Function Under the direction of the Diocesan and Cathedral Director of Liturgical Music, the singer is responsible for singing in the Schola for some Sunday services and diocesan liturgical celebrations. A schola member shall be a minister of the Gospel and Catholic teaching both academically and behaviorally while at work and in personal life. Perform as a lay minister in support of the parish’s spiritual and pastoral mission. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in vocal music.
