As a skilled Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments. You will ensure that all work is performed with high craftsmanship, maintaining the quality standards of our store. To achieve this goal, you will interact with customers to understand their needs, provide excellent service, and ensure a positive experience. In addition to your technical skills, we are seeking an individual who is a team player, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
