Social Media Specialist

Flighthouse is seeking a strategic, creative, and culturally fluent Social Media Specialist to oversee and expand our owned and operated network of music and pop culture-themed Instagram pages, with additional oversight of fan pages as needed, per client requests. This person will be responsible for defining the voice, vision, and content strategy across our portfolio, driving engagement and follower growth, and ensuring seamless campaign integration for music and brand clients. This is a pivotal leadership role within the Flighthouse digital ecosystem, ideal for someone who lives and breathes internet culture, understands music’s role in meme trends, and thrives at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and execution. Leadership & Content Strategy • Lead the day-to-day programming and long-term strategy for Flighthouse’s owned & operated music and pop culture Instagram pages. • Identify opportunities for A/B testing content formats or posting cadences to optimize performance.
