The Songwriting & Expressive Arts instructor role is designed for an educator-artist who thrives at the intersection of music, creativity, and personal growth. Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that integrate songwriting, stage presence, and mediation, fostering both artistic and personal expression.Lead students in creative exercises and interactive activities that build technical skills in songwriting and performance while deepening self-awareness.Create and maintain a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages peer connection, artistic exploration, and confidence-building.Empower students to express themselves authentically, supporting both personal and artistic growth through music and the expressive arts.Serve as a mentor and facilitator, helping students develop their voices, embrace their creativity, and build meaningful connections through the arts.
