Sound Designer/Collaborative Musician

We encourage our students to be artists, as well as fully engaged citizens, who understand the responsibility and eagerly accept the opportunity to make an impact in their field, our community, and the global community. The Sound Designer/Collaborative Musician position is a collaborative, dynamic, and student-centered position that professionally serves the East Carolina University School of Theatre and Dance. This position is imperative to support our rigorous academic training for our Dance and Theatre students and presenting professional-level productions to the ECU community and greater Eastern North Carolina region through our ECU/Loessin Playhouse Series. This position serves a dual role of serving as a Sound Design, Sound Technician, and Dance & Musical Theatre Musical Accompanist for our unit.
