Speaker Test Technician

**Speaker Test Technician**

* Quality control of gear- great attention to detail - physical inspection for repair of cabinets, rigging, dollies, grilles, etc.
* Test cabinets to manufacturers' specifications using ERP system and speaker test equipment
* Troubleshoot basic to complex speaker failures
* Communicate with Engineering and IT departments on current and future test procedures
* Communicate with repair staff on speaker failures, damage
* Maintain organized work area and attention to detail throughout all processes
* Always maintain safety.
* All other duties as assigned.

* Ability to excel and adapt in a fast-paced, client driven, demanding environment
* Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude under sometimes challenging conditions
* Basic computer skills
* Basic hand tool and hand-held power tool skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent organizational skills
* Ability to prioritize and complete tasks under strict deadlines
