**Description:** Mahomet-Seymour High School is seeking a qualified individual to serve as a Spring Musical Co-Sponsor for the 2026-2027 school year. The successful candidate will work in a highly collaborative, solution-oriented environment with the Drama Club Sponsor and Musical Co-Director, in order to put students in the best possible position to succeed and have a positive and successful musical experience.
**Responsibilities:**
* Mentoring and oversight of all stage, construction, lighting and sound crew, including a student Stage Manager.
* Collaboration with the other co-director in the conduct of the audition, casting and production processes.
* Planning, supervision and direction of nightly rehearsals.
* Planning, supervision and direction of all work days.
* Other duties as required or deemed necessary
**Qualifications**
* Strong musical theatre performance and production knowledge
* Ability to collaborate effectively with students staff and production personnel
* Strong organizational communication and leadership skills
**Salary:**The total stipend of 8% for this position is being split equally between Co-Director 1 and Co-Director 2, with each receiving an even 4% of the 2026-2027 first year teacher salary, which is $44,484 ($1,779.36).
