Document and regularly communicate progress towards benchmarks, and campaign goals to artist and executive leadership.Executive Communication: Create and present narrative updates, informed by data and inclusive of strategic recommendations to the label team. Shape the ongoing internal narrative around QC artist performance, helping cross-functional teams across HYBE understand the strategic direction and impact of marketing decisions.Artist/Creative Advocate: Advocate QC core audience and performance metrics in internal planning sessions to ensure marketing strategies are data-driven, and creative strategy remains aligned with existing benchmarks and long-term goals.Maintain Cultural Awareness: Stay on top of cultural trends that impact QC artists, their peers and related genres, and the music industry as a whole.
