All required resources and supplies must be coordinated through the CWGS Music Director. Possess two years of experience as an accompanist in a church setting. Possess a high level of technical playing ability and demonstrate sight-reading ability by successfully passing an audition. Must be familiar with contemporary and gospel worship styles and possess the ability to blend them into a harmonious worship experience. Provide two additional letters of recommendation attesting to the applicant's moral and ethical character consistent with the Christian faith to honor the sensibilities of the worshiping community.
