Store Manager

As Store Manager of Heid Music Madison, you will lead the people, performance, and day-to-day operations of a store serving one of Wisconsin’s most vibrant music, education, and arts communities. You will coach and develop a customer-focused team, establish performance expectations, oversee store operations, and build relationships throughout the greater Madison area. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone comfortable moving between team coaching, business planning, customer engagement, community outreach, and operational decision-making. What matters most is your ability to lead people, build relationships, learn the business, and help your team succeed.
