About the position

The Store Manager manages all aspects of the retail business and provides leadership and vision to the team to achieve desired results. The role oversees delivery of products, services, and functions while fostering a culture of integrity, inclusion, musical passion, and respect. The manager is expected to understand business drivers and financial information, solve problems, provide excellent customer experiences, organize resources and priorities, protect assets and people, and lead, mentor, and develop direct reports.\n\nThe Store Manager is responsible for achieving revenue and EBITDA targets while managing the P&L; recruiting, interviewing, and hiring managers and associates; developing staff; ensuring appropriate staffing and scheduling; improving customer satisfaction; and maintaining merchandising standards and an organized, clean, engaging store. This position may require up to 5% domestic travel for meetings and training and requires availability on weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Responsibilities

Achieve revenue and EBITDA targets while managing the P&L.Recruit, interview, and hire managers and associates, including using the internal recruitment system, attending hiring events, and creating pipelines for associate-level roles.Train, mentor, and develop staff.Ensure appropriate staffing and coverage through scheduling aligned with forecasted sales.Develop strategies to maintain positive customer satisfaction scores.Maintain company and store merchandising standards and ensure an organized, clean, and engaging in-store experience.Maintain and foster an inclusive environment.Perform additional duties as assigned.Requirements

4 or more years of previous experience operating or managing in similar environments.2 or more years of supervisory or management experience leading teams.Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.Able to travel domestically up to 5% for meetings and training.Nice-to-haves

Bachelor's degree.Understanding of retail systems and processes.Benefits
