As a Store Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of our retail success, overseeing daily sales and operations while ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met. Your leadership will be key to motivating and developing our sales team, driving success in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and empower the sales team through coaching, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets. Analyze financial data, inventory, and sales statistics to guide decision-making. Ensure all products are well-stocked and displayed appealingly for our customers. Manage payroll, recruitment, hiring, and training of store staff to build an effective team. Execute daily operational tasks for institutional sales and rental services across assigned accounts. Promote our Music & Arts lesson program while providing assistance to our dedicated teachers. Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience for every customer. Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support store goals. Why Choose Music & Arts? Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00/hr plus performance-based bonuses, commensurate with location, experience, and background.

High School Diploma or Equivalent 2 years of relevant work experience Preferred Requirements:
