We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Strings Instructor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching string instrument lessons to students of various ages and skill levels. This role requires a strong musical background, excellent communication skills, and a patient approach to learning.
Duties
Teach strings lessons to students, focusing on proper playing techniques and music theory.
Develop personalized lesson plans to cater to each student's learning style and goals.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their skills.
Assist students with preparation for recitals, performances, or auditions.
Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.
Manage classroom dynamics and ensure effective classroom management.
Requirements
Strong musical background, with a focus on strings.
Excellent communication and teaching skills.
Ability to manage classroom dynamics and behavior.
Knowledge of music theory and string instrument techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
