Worship Leader Position "> We are seeking a highly skilled Worship Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for leading worship and a proven track record of successfully recruiting, developing, and maintaining a team of musicians. The Worship Leader will be responsible for leading worship services for student events at designated campuses, scheduling and communicating with volunteer musicians, and executing selected music at a high level of excellence. Key Responsibilities: • Lead worship services for student events at designated campuses • Recruit, develop, and maintain a team of volunteer musicians • Schedule and communicate with volunteer musicians • Execute selected music at a high level of excellence • Maintain availability for weekly one-on-ones with direct report as needed • Work collaboratively with campus staff to carry out the CCV Students vision
