School of Rock is the original performance-based, interactive music school founded in 1998 in Philadelphia. The Studio Coordinator is the administrative focal point for School of Rock and requires outstanding customer service skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks. Reporting to the General Manager, they assist with running the daily operations of the school and creating an exceptionally positive experience for all students, parents and prospective customers. The position will start as part-time with hours increasing as the school grows. Roles and Responsibilities: • Handle complex scheduling for busy music school • Schedule and lead tours for prospective students and parents • Provide top quality customer service experience, including billing, schedule management, special projects, prepare reports and other administration • Assist with marketing, sales and promotions to drive school and student success.
