Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to interact effectively with students, families, and staff.Customer service skills with a focus on hospitality, problem-solving, and creating a welcoming studio environment.Interest in or background in music, with the ability to understand basic music terminology and the School of Rock performance-based approach.Sales and marketing skills, including comfort discussing program options, supporting enrollment, and assisting with local promotions or social media.Organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling, record-keeping, and attention to detail.Ability to work on-site during afternoons, evenings, and weekends as needed.Proficiency with basic computer applications and point-of-sale or scheduling systems.Prior experience in an education, arts, or youth-focused environment is a plus.
