Studio Coordinator

With over 425 schools, and a strong internationally recognized brand, School of Rock is the largest after-school music education provider in the world. We are looking for a Studio Coordinator to join us at our School of Rock Golden/Lakewood location. The Studio Coordinator is the administrative focal point for the School of Rock with outstanding customer service skills and the ability to juggle many tasks. Support daily operations as needed, including opening and closing the school, monitoring attendance and punctuality, and ensuring a clean, professional school environmentHandle complex scheduling, and manage phone and email communication for a busy music school, using a variety of software platforms on a daily basis including scheduling software, Google Workspace, CRM, Canva or other design toolsCreate a positive, inclusive environment by delivering top-quality customer service—greeting students and parents, answering questions, and resolving concernsEnsure a safe experience for students by overseeing adherence to the School of RockSOR Code of Conduct and safety policiesUnderstand and pitch the music program to prospective families, lead school tours, and enroll new students to support school growthAssist in the marketing of School of Rock by promoting our events and maintaining our active social media presence, including contributing to content creationProvide support to the General Manager by assisting with special projects and handling a variety of administrative responsibilities as required Any information you submit will be provided solely to the franchisee.
