Are you a master of organized chaos? Do you believe that music has the power to change lives? As the Studio Coordinator at School of Rock, you are the heartbeat of the school. You are the first person our students and parents see, the voice they hear on the phone, and the logistical engine that keeps our rehearsals running on time.

This isn't a "sit-behind-a-desk-and-stare-at-the-wall" kind of job. It’s a high-energy role where you’ll manage schedules, drive enrollments, and ensure every student feels like a rock star from the moment they walk in.

Your Setlist (Key Responsibilities)

Customer Experience: Greet students and parents with high energy; manage check-ins and ensure the lobby stays "stage-ready."The Schedule Master: Manage the complex puzzle of private lessons and group rehearsals using our school management software.Growth & Enrollment: Contact prospective students, lead school tours, explain our performance-based philosophy, and convert tours into long-term students.Operational Support: Handle enrollments, retail sales (strings, sticks, merch), and basic office administrative tasks.Brand Ambassador: Assist with the promotion and execution of seasonal shows, open houses, and community events.Social Media Liaison: Actively hunt for "Rock Star Moments" during lessons and rehearsals. Take high-quality photos and short vertical videos of students, instructors, and studio life. Organize and upload content to a shared drive for the GM.Safety First: Maintain a safe environment for our students by strictly following check-in/out protocols.The Rider (Qualifications)

The Vibe: Outgoing, empathetic, and unflappable. You thrive in a loud, creative environment.The Skills: Previous experience in a front-desk, retail, or hospitality role is a must. Sales experience is a huge plus.Tech Savvy: Ability to quickly learn CRM software (e.g., Pike13, HubSpot) and proficiency in Google Suite.Communication: You can explain the "why" behind our curriculum to a parent while simultaneously directing a student to their rehearsal room.Passion: You don’t need to be a musician, but a love for music is required.Local: You live in York/Harrisburg/Lancaster area (within 30-minute commute is ideal).Safety First: Must be able to pass a comprehensive Background Check.Schedule

Hours: Approximately 20–30 hours per week. Availability during peak "after-school" hours (approx. 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM, start time may vary) Monday through Friday is essential.The Perks:
