Studio Director

This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for studio operations, team accountability, and delivering an exceptional experience for families. The Studio Manager oversees daily operations, staff supervision, client relations, event coordination, and administrative systems. Our studio operates primarily after school and on weekends, so this schedule is essential. 2+ years of management, operations, or studio leadership experience Strong organizational and time-management skills Experience in customer service, team leadership, or operations management Confident in conflict resolution and decision-making Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with scheduling systems, databases, and communication tools Experience in education, music schools, or service-based businesses preferred If you are excited about leading people, building systems, and shaping a positive experience for families, we would love to meet you.
