Studio Manager & Member Experience Lead Full-Time | Musicians Playground | Downtown Crossing, Boston
Pay: $65,000 base salary, target performance bonus of $15,000 in annual performance bonus paid quarterly ($80,000 on-target earnings)

About Musicians Playground
We're Boston's first and only "gym for musicians," a vibrant adults-only music community designed for people who want more joy, creativity, confidence, and connection through music. Our 3,000 sq ft Downtown Crossing studio offers private lessons, group classes, performances, and corporate events, plus unlimited practice access for members. Our members come to us to reduce stress, rediscover play, build confidence, and reconnect with parts of themselves they haven't had time for in years.
