This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for studio operations, team accountability, and delivering an exceptional experience for families. Our studio operates primarily after school and on weekends, so this schedule is essential. Qualifications • 2+ years of management, operations, or studio leadership experience • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Experience in customer service, team leadership, or operations management • Confident in conflict resolution and decision-making • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency with scheduling systems, databases, and communication tools • Experience in education, music schools, or service-based businesses preferred Compensation & Schedule • $30/hour • 30–35 hours per week • Leadership role with opportunity for growth and increased responsibility If you are excited about leading people, building systems, and shaping a positive experience for families, we would love to meet you.
