Studio Programming & Operations Manager

Maestre Arts — Boise, ID (Part-Time | On-Site for Programs) We’re looking for a Studio Programming & Operations Manager to take ownership of programming, coordination, and studio operations. This role exists so the studio can operate consistently and professionally, with clear ownership over execution and decision-making. Programming & Curation (Local + National) • Curate and coordinate local and national artists, speakers, and collaborators • Apply the same standards of taste, preparation, and professionalism regardless of origin • Balance familiarity with discernment—local does not mean default, and national does not imply prestige • Initiate outreach selectively and intentionally; this is programming, not volume booking • Manage communication, scheduling, and light logistics with autonomy and restraint • Flag strong opportunities while protecting the studio from misalignment or overcommitment Why This Role Exists
