He's an active guy and needs people who can comfortably walk a mile or 5 (not that you will do that everyday), bend over & lift 20 lbs, able to plan meals, cook meals, operate a laundry machine, make a bed along with other common-sense tasks and daily hygiene...happy people who enjoy life. Pay is based on EXPERIENCE and SKILLS.
