Sustainability Hauler/Fork Operator

Under the supervision of the Sustainability Operations Lead and Sustainability Coordinator, Haulers oversee the flow of materials in their designated zone, following a scheduled route to collect, top-sort, and transport recyclables to sorting stations and drop zones. Haulers serve as key communicators between Roamers and Sorters, maintaining the efficiency of the festival’s waste management system. This role is physically demanding and requires strong teamwork, organization, and a commitment to sustainability. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED: Forklift Certification Required Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment with a team.
