Role Description

We're hiring a Talent Acquisition & Artist Relations Manager (A&R) to own the artist side of our platform.

This role exists to separate artist operations from booking, allowing our booking team to focus on growth while you own:

What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition

Source and onboard high-quality artists in Nashville + new marketsBuild talent pipelines ahead of expansionArtist Communication

Respond to artist emails (within 24 hours) Manage live chat (within 4 hours) Serve as the primary point of contact for artistsIncident Management

Handle call-outs, no-shows, and artist issues Enforce policies and maintain accountability Same-Day Coverage

Repost open shifts immediately when call-outs occur Generate replacement options before escalationsArtist Quality Control

Audit and clean current artist pool (~800 artists) Remove low-quality or inactive accounts Maintain a high-performing roster Artist Operations Support

Assist with artist logistics (hotels, stipends, etc.) Support operational tasks related to artists
