Talent Acquisition & Artist Relations Manager

Part-time (up to 20 hours a week, minimum of 10 hours) | $25-$30/hour We're hiring a Talent Acquisition & Artist Relations Manager (A&R) to own the artist side of our platform. This role exists to separate artist operations from booking, allowing our booking team to focus on growth while you own: Handle call-outs, no-shows, and artist issues Enforce policies and maintain accountability Same-Day Coverage Audit and clean current artist pool (~800 artists) Remove low-quality or inactive accounts Maintain a high-performing roster Artist Operations Support
