Job Overview Your passion for music, and talent management expertise will help elevate our venue’s reputation as a premier destination for live entertainment. You will be responsible to vet and book bands / artists who have submitted their promotional materials to Brooklyn Music Kitchen. Identify and book talented artists, bands, and performers that align with the venue’s brand and audience preferencesCultivate strong relationships with artists, managers, booking agencies, and other industry contacts to facilitate seamless bookingsOversee talent acquisition efforts by recruiting new acts and expanding the venue’s network of performersCollaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional strategies that maximize ticket sales and audience engagementExperience Proven experience working as a talent agent or booking agent within the music or entertainment industryStrong background in social media management and social media marketing to effectively promote eventsDemonstrated success in talent booking processesKnowledge of the local music scene in BrooklynExcellent communication skills with an ability to build lasting professional relationshipsIf you’re passionate about music booking, and eager to make a mark in Brooklyn’s vibrant music scene, we want to hear from you!
