About the Role:
We’re looking for a driven, well-connected NYC-based Talent & Booking Manager to represent an established Electronic / Afro-House artist. The focus is on securing paid live gigs, festivals, brand activations, and strategic collaborations within NYC and beyond.
Responsibilities:
Secure paid bookings (clubs, lounges, festivals, cultural & private events)Develop collaborations with brands, venues, promoters, and cultural organizationsNegotiate fees and manage booking logisticsBuild and maintain strong industry relationships in NYCAct as the primary point of contact for bookings and partnerships
Ideal Profile:
Strong NYC music & nightlife networkExperience in artist management, bookings, or promotionsSelf-motivated and results-drivenClear communicator and professional negotiatorPassion for electronic, Afro-house, and global sounds
Compensation Structure:
Commission-based onlyPercentage agreed per confirmed booking or collaborationNo cap — earnings scale with performance
