Talented Musician to sing/play for the elderly Community -Nevada

Uplift Hospice is seeking talented and compassionate musicians and singers who would love to share their gift of music with elderly and hospice patients. Music has a beautiful way of bringing comfort, sparking memories, lifting spirits, and creating moments of joy. Responsibilities Visit hospice patients in their homes, assisted living communities, or other care settings.Sing or play music for patients based on their interests and preferences.Perform familiar songs that may bring back happy memories and encourage connection.Spend time socializing and engaging with patients before or after musical performances.Create a peaceful, uplifting, and compassionate environment.Be attentive to the patient’s mood, comfort level, and needs during visits.Communicate any significant observations or concerns to the hospice volunteer coordinator.Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and respect for each patient and their family.Who We're Looking For A genuine love of music, compassion for others, and a desire to make a difference are what matter most.
